Sérgio Magalhães, PhD (IPFN/IST)

ORCID https://orcid.org/0000-0002-5858-549X

Sérgio Magalhães, is a researcher at Instituto de Plasmas e Fusão Nuclear, Instituto Superior Técnico, Lisbon, Portugal. He is author and co-athor of more than 50 publications in Peer-Review Journals. He supervised 2 master degree students and continue collaborations with researchers from several Universities initial during his PhD course. Sérgio Magalhães specialized in the development of analytical and simulation software to simulate the diffraction & reflection patterns of crystals. His main goal is to explore deeper the mechanisms of crystal damage resulting from ion implantation.
